The St Hubert Vineyard Company was established in the Yarra Valley outside Melbourne in 1862. Success in international wine competitions was seen as a key marketing advantage to the Victorian wine makers in the 19th century. St. Hubert's was among the more successful wine makers. In 1878 it won a silver prize medal (NU 17897) at the Universal Exhibition, Paris.
In the early 21st century the St Hubert Vineyard Company is a member of the Beringer Blass Wines Estates. It grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot and Roussanne grapes over the 21-hectare property.
