A staple bound, sixteen-page booklet written by the Hon. A. J. Grassby, M.H.R. The document is purely textual, with black text on off-white, matt paper. Cover is pink cardboard and is printed with purple text, it features the Australian Coat of Arms (kangaroo and emu stood either side of a shield) in the bottom right corner.
