Bronze medal produced to commemorate the Federation of the Australian colonies in 1901 and the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York. The medal has a small hole at the top. On one side is the legend 'One flag, one people, one destiny' around the word 'Federation'; on the reverse are heads of the Duke and Duchess with the legend 'The Duke and Duchess of York visit Australia 1901'.
