This notice was issued to Bretislav Lukes on 6 May 1949. Born 12 January 1922 in Stankou in Czechoslovakia, Bretislav claims to have worked for the Germans during the war in Junkers aircraft factory. Following the war he trained as an electrician while in an International Refugee Organisation Camp. He then migrated to Australia on the Goya in 1950.
