Summary
Sample of Lepidium sativum (Cruciferae) seeds. This was collected and prepared by T.N.Mukharji as part of his work for the Indian Botanical Gardens. It was donated to the Museum by the Indian Government, Calcutta in 1887.
Physical Description
Glass jar with black plastic lid containing numerous small, dark brown seeds. A Science Museum of Victoria label is adhered to the side on which registration number details are printed, and the name of the sample handwritten in black ink. A second label provides details of the collection.
