A seven coin set of $1, 50 cent, 20 cent, 10 cent, 5 cent, 2 cent and 1 cent housed in a sealed clear plastic container which is mounted in a blue foulder with press-stud lock. This set was the first to feature Raphael Maklouf's portrait of Elizabeth II.

A seven coin set of $1, 50 cent, 20 cent, 10 cent, 5 cent, 2 cent and 1 cent housed in a sealed clear plastic container which is mounted in a blue foulder with press-stud lock. This set was the first to feature Raphael Maklouf's portrait of Elizabeth II. The reverse types are standard for each denomination and all coins are struck with mirror fields and matt relief. The set is stored in a mint issue cardboard box which should be retained. $1 aluminium-bronze; 50 to 5 cent Cupro-Nickel; 2 and 1 cent Bronze.
Obverse Description
All coins bear a head of Elizabeth II crowned and wearing pearl ear-ring and necklace facing right; around, ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA 1985; incuse on neck truncation the artist's initials RDM (Raphael Maklouf)
