Physical Description
A glass cylinder enclosing a silver-coloured metal cylinder with a 4 - pin connection at one end. Two of the pins are connected by a piece of fused wire. There is a handwritten number on the glass and a yellowed, typewritten label stuck on with adhesive tape.
