Summary
Sample of Semecarpus anacardium fruits. This was collected and prepared by T.N.Mukharji as part of his work for the Indian Botanical Gardens. It was donated to the Museum by the Indian Government, Culcutta in 1887.
Physical Description
Cylindrical glass jar containing round, hard, knobby, dark brown, dried fruits, and sealed with a black plastic lid. Two printed white Science Museum of Victoria labels, with handwritten inscriptions in black ink, are adhered to the outside.
