Summary
Copper baking pan used by the catering service at Parliament House, Melbourne. Its date is unknown, but may have been used in the 19th and/or 20th centuries. It was donated to Museum Victoria by the Public Works Department in 1975.
Physical Description
Oblong, copper baking pan with lid. The base has two curved brass handles, affixed at either end with rivets, and a rounded rim around the perimeter. The lid is flat, with a U-shaped handle on the top and a straight rim around the bottom for fitting into the base.
