Summary
Bar to be sewn on the ribbon of the World War II medal The Air Crew Europe Star. Those who qualified for both the The Air Crew Europe Star and The Atlantic Star were awarded the first and then issued with a bar to be sewn on the ribbon to indicate that the wearer had also qualified for the other Star. In this case the person would have first qualified for The Air Crew Europe Star then The Atlantic Star; then the ATLANTIC bar would be attached to the ribbon of The Air Crew Europe Star.
