Dardanelles Medal (Médaille Commémorative des Dardanelles) issued in France, 1926.
Awarded to French members of the army who fought in the Dardanelles also known as the Gallipoli campaign. This medal was instituted on 15 June 1926 and has a green and white striped ribbon that is threaded through a bronze crescent and palm fronds loop.
Obverse Description

Reverse Description
Military banners and lances above a crossed anchor and rifle nestled amongst oak and laurel leaves. Text reads 'DARDANELLES HONNEUR ET PATRIE 1915 1918' (Honour and Country 1915 1918).
