Menu for a dinner held in the Royale Ballroom at the Exhibition Buildings to celebrate the opening of The Australian Industries Fair, Thursday 21 April 1955. The opening address was given by his Excellency The Governor of Victoria, General Sir Dallas Brooks. The menu for the evening's dinner was: Maraschino Grapefruit, Creme of Celery, Roast Turkey and Grilled Ham with green peas, baked tomato and saratogas, Nesslerode Ice Cream and Raspberries, Coffee, Cheese and Biscuits.
