Summary
Menu for a dinner held in conjunction with the 'Made in Australia Exhibition', Melbourne. The dinner, opened by His Excellency General, Sir Dallas Brookes, Governor of Victoria, was held on 16 October 1952. On the menu was Hors d'oevres, Grapefruit Cocktail, Whiting Caprice, Roast Chicken and Grilled Ham, Saratogas-green peas, Baked Tomatoes, Nestlerode Pudding, coffee, Muscatels-nuts.
Physical Description
Menu is printed on a white and grey coloured cardboard, with black lettering, and a 'Made in Australia Exhibition' symbol. A red, white and blue ribbon is holding the menu together at the spine. Inside menu contains a programme of music by the Royal Australian Air force Central Band, under the direction of flight Lieutenant L.H.Hicks, L.R.A.M., AR.C.M. Director of Music R.A.A.F.
