Summary
The image is from an album of Alfred Thomas Ozanne entitled "Souvenir of the visit of the Federal Parliamentary Party to the Northern Territory April-May 1912". Members of the Party are seen here on the bush track leading to Daly River. The caption says this is "the first vehicular traffic for a year" and one or two horse drawn buggies can be seen back along the track.
Alfred Thomas Ozanne was the Federal Member for Corio in the House of Representatives from 1910 to 1913 and was presumably amongst the Party.
