Significance
Asaf Jah VI Mir Mahboob Ali Khan Siddiqi (August 17, 1866 - August 29, 1911) was the 6th Nizam of Hyderabad. He ruled Hyderabad state between 1869 and 1911. Krause list his coins under the name Mir Mahbub Ali Khan II. He is also known as Mahub Ali Khan, Asaf Jah VI. The obverse inscription of this coin gives "Asaf Jah Nizam al-Mulk". The last numeral of the date is partly off the flan but looks like a 7 rather than the 8 one would expect from the Regnal year 24.
