The poster is held in a scrapbook titled 'General Window Bills (Pre-War) that was 'compiled by Kodak Australasia, Sydney Office. The scrapbook contains 10 colour gummed posters designed to be adhered to a shop window, which advertise Kodak film and camera products.

This poster is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials and working life artefacts from the Kodak factories in Melbourne. This collection dates from the late 19th century to the early 21st century and was acquired in 2005 when the Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd factory in Coburg closed down.

Physical Description

Colour poster with blue background featuring a photograph of a girl at left eating an icecream in a cone, and a photograph of a boy at right, riding on a pony. A large talking bubble is illustrated in the middle of the poster, emerging from the girl, which says 'Don't Forget to Take Your Kodak'. The poster is attached to scrapbook HT 19857 at left hand side of poster, and folds 3 times to fit into the scrapbook page. It is gummed, ie has been coated with adhesive.
