A brochure advertising Kodak colour film, specifically Kodachrome II, Kodacolor-X, Kodachrome X, Ektachrome and Ektachrome High Speed film, as well as Kodacolor processing services and costs.
Part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.
Physical Description
DL sized glossy paper, fold out, colour brochure. On the front is a photo of cats, a photo of a man and woman in a canoe, and a photo of a sunset over a marina. Each page features a colour photo, explanatory text for each film and a graphic of the film packaging. The back page lists pricing in black text.
