A Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd brochure advertising Kodacolor Film and associated Kodak cameras. Titled, 'You Can Take Colour Snaps Like This', with a colourful image of a woman tickling a man holding a wooden box full of flowers outside a glass greenhouse. There is a little cartoon man on the cover and first page of the booklet. He acts as a friendly guide to different Kodacolor films and the variety of cameras they can be used with, illustrating graphically what the text on page 3 explains in detail.

Part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment. Its client base included amateur and professional photographers, as well as specialist medical and graphic art professionals who used photography, x-ray and other imaging techniques.

Physical Description

4 page, single fold paper brochure, printed in colour. Front cover features a photograph of man holding a flower box and woman tickling him with a flower. Beneath that is a small cartoon man holding a box of Kodacolor film. Inside is a coloured photograph of a woman in a red shirt and jeans sitting next to a horse. The printed text throughout the brochure is printed in red, yellow, white and black ink.
