Summary
Invitation to the launch of an exhibition organised by the Centro Italiano D'Arte (Italian Art Centre) at the Palais theatre, St Kilda in 1962. The Centre was formed in 1962 in Melbourne by Italian migrants Ernesto Murgo and fellow artists Marcello D'Amico, P. Petrucelli and Vincenzo Basile. The Centre aimed to promote and gather together local Italian artists and exhibit their work.
