McKay, who developed an innovative combine harvesters design during the 1880s and founded the Sunshine Harvester Works, at Ballarat, in 1894.

A man is seen testing the hydraulics of a Massey Ferguson tractor, at the Banner Lane factory in Coventry. A weight is suspended from two large springs which is attached to the three point linkage system.
