Summary
One of a collection of 60 small photographs taken by Tom Robinson Lydster during World War I. He was in Egypt for several months in 1916 before going to the battlefields of France.
Lydster was assigned to the 14 Infantry Battalion - 5 to 12 Reinforcements, service number 3060. He served in the 4th Machine Gun Company. He was awarded the Military Medal and the Bar to Military Medal.
