"Eight MF500 Series Drills fit neatly into this mammoth Commonwealth Railways truck, loaded at the MF Sunshine (Vic) plant and destined for the Company's Perth Branch. It was the first MF trans - Australia consignment in the new type of trucks which is fitted with exchangeable bogies to cater for variations in railway gauge. .............................."
