Summary
Coin pack from Alderney, Channel Islands, to commemorate the decommissioning of the Concorde supersonic aircraft in 2003 . The presentation folder includes an uncirculated 5 Pound coin, issued by the United Kingdom Royal Mint in 2003. The reverse was designed by Emma Noble of the Royal Mint Engraving Team, and the obverse features Raphael Maklouf's portrait of Elizabeth II.
In 2008 a similar coin and pack was issued by Alderney to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the decommissioning of the Concorde.
