Summary
Shopfront display '£25 in Prizes' showing cameras, photographs, photographic accessories and equipment.
One of fifty-six photographs in an album depicting Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd shop front window displays from the mid-1930s. Windows generally featured product promotions for film or cameras, as well as photographic exhibitions to attract crowds to the store. Exhibitions featured Mt Everest, the British Royal family, Australian farming, and images from famous photographers, for example Frank Hurley.
Kodak manufactured and distributed a wide range of photographic products to Australasia, such as film, paper, chemicals, cameras and miscellaneous equipment.
