The / modern facilities are located on a 59-acre site in the southwest / sector of Des Moines, two miles from the city center. The new / MF facility includes a 590,000-square foot factory and a four- / story office building. MF plans to spend more than $2.5 million / in the next 12 months to convert the factory to implement / production and to add a new office wing. Acquisition of the / plant was announced September 1 by J.G. Staiger, company president.'
