Summary
This covering is worn at the front suspended from the waist. Both men and women in the northeastern region of the Northern Territory including eastern Arnhem Land wore these or some variation of it.

An apron made of multiple strands of string made of animal fur. The waistband appears to be overwound with vegetable fibre string.
