Summary

This necklace is typical of the type of ornament made and worn by women. These and other similar ornaments were made for both ceremonial and decorative purposes.

Physical Description

A necklace made of multiple cords of vegetable fibre string encased in red ochre. A strand of vegetable fibre string is attached to one end and it has a strip of European cloth attached, and cloth is also wound around the other end.
