Woman and two men waving from ship with streamers flying from shore. This photograph shows Frank and Wilma Starkey on the 'SS 'Taroona', a ship which sailed between Melbourne and Devonport in Tasmania in 1950. The dock was 'all the way up the river' at that time, almost at Spencer Street.
