Girl performing high jump at school athletics with others watching. This photograph shows Berries Morgensen jumping the 'high jump' for school athletics, in 1939. She was a student at the Church of England owned Melbourne Girls Grammar School, Merton Hall campus, South Yarra. She was apparently a direct descendant of one of Melbourne's formative founders, the surveyor, Robert Hoddle.
