Four people on balcony of 'fibro' house on stilts, looking out onto the garden, Tecoma, 1948-1949. Sam and Edith Townend retired to this house in Tecoma and in this photograph their daughters and son in law were visiting for the day with happy news. Their youngest daughter (at far right) had just found out she was pregnant with her first child.
