Description of Content
A woman walking alongside a class of children holding a banner, dressed in Chinese costumes. This photograph shows part of a parade celebrating the Centenary of the Templestowe State School, circa 1974. It is thought that the parade took place along James Street and that each grade seemed to have a different theme which was highlighted by a banner. In this photo the banner for a Chinese theme is being held by a teacher and one of her students.
