Summary
Colour photograph featuring Madge Colegrave doing the dishes at the kitchen sink in her son and daughter-in-law's first married home at Ferntree Gully, 1973. She had brought over a cake in the tin, which is on the bench at left, and was helping wash up.
This home was a kit house, with three bedrooms. Vicki Colegrave and her husband did all the work themselves, including tiling, which was done after this particular photograph was taken. The kitchen with the finished tiling is pictured in MM110311.
