Summary
Black and white photograph featuring Michael Lhuede, aged approximately three, playing in a metal bucket in a green canvas wading pool. His sister Dominica, 'Nici', is behind him, wearing her mother's hat. His sister Kate Lhuede believes 'the bin was used for soaking nappies, but it features heavily in a lot of photographs of the Lhuede children.' This is thought to have been taken in the backyard of the family home, Port Melbourne, 1972.
Photograph collected as part of Melbourne's Biggest Family Album in 2006.
