Description of Content
A man driving 'vintage' car painted as a yellow cab, while his son sits in a toy pedal car also painted as a yellow cab. The boy is wearing a driver's cap and gauntlets. This photograph shows Brian Brownbill in his newly restored vintage 'Yellow Cab' and his son Jonny in his newly restored pedal car, 1972. Brian worked as Service Manager for Yellow Cabs. He oversaw the restoration of this cab. It had been found as a broken down old chassis in the bush. Once restored it was then used for special occasions. The peddle car was purchased as a Christmas gift for Brian's son Jonny, and he took it to work to have it painted up like a Yellow Cab.
