This photograph shows Anne Beedles cutting her husband Jack's hair in the backyard of their family home, Ivanhoe, October 1968. According to the photographer, her son Russell Beedles, 'She usually cut his hair. She was outraged when barbers went up to 2 & 6, and invested in scissors and comb.'
