Girl in smocked dress, standing behind a wooden pram, with a celluloid doll in a knitted dress sitting in it. Janet Bunting aged about 4, with her doll 'Amy' in a home made pram, circa 1949. The pram was pale blue, and her father Robert Bunting made it out of plywood. The doll was a celluloid doll that was her mother Shirley Bunting's, when she was a little girl. Janet remembers ..."It was a very much loved doll, very cuddly." It was bought in the Myer Bargain Basement, in the 1920's. It has now been donated to the National Trust. The photograph was taken in Springvale South in Clarke Road, circa 1949. Robert would have developed the photograph as well as taken it.
