Group of five women and five men dressed for a dance and wearing Hawaiian leis. This photograph shows Jean Holden and her fiance Joseph Doolan with their friends, dressed for a dance, Melbourne, circa 1934 - 1935. According to their son, 'They used to go dancing on Saturday nights.' It was taken by a street photographer.
