Description of Content
This stereograph shows twin images of a rustic wooden building under heavy snow, with two men in the foreground up to their waists in snow. One is in a suit with bowler hat and watch-chain. This stereograph shows the Hospice on Mount Buffalo under snow, circa 1900. Two men stand hip deep in snow in the foreground. This stereograph came from a collection of Melba Ryan's grandparents, Josephine and Martin Nowlan. A lot of them were bought around Federation as souvenirs. They were passed down to Melba's mother, Doris Holden, who passed them down to her.
