This flyer states that Clivebilt wardrobes are 'quality', are 'Melbourne's largest range' and can be erected free or with 'do-it-yourself' assembly. Products illustrated include centre, left or right dressing table robes with mirror; combination centre robe chest with short cupboard hanging above; and combination left or right chest robe with short hanging cupboard above. Extra fittings included various types of drawers, shelves and a shoe rack. The wardrobe doors are double-sided and they 'glide' on 'feather-touch' permanently lubricated runners. Products were delivered free in the metropolitan area, and the showrooms were open all week and on Saturday morning.

According to research done by the Vendor, Clivebilt were 'a prominent Melbourne pioneer of direct selling, and appealed to the modern trend towards clean lines and built-in furniture for storage that took on increased momentum through the1950s and 1960s, to the point where "Built In Robes" has become universally recognised realtor's shorthand.'
