There is a building in the background right hand side. Surrounded by servicemen and there are horses to the left. There are three cars, one in front and two to the left of the building. The soldiers on the right appear to be marching past with their backs to the camera and there is a man on horseback following and he appears to be saluting. There appears to be a man near the door to the building who is returning his salute. There are a group of men visible through the door of the building.
