To the left of the photograph is a pile of sandbags. Around the sandbags are three men. The man in the foreground is sitting in front of the sandbags apparently looking at something in his lap. The man in the middle is half reclining across the sandbags and the third man is sitting on the sandbags, just behind the man in the middle. In the background of the photograph are structures of some kind.
