Description of Content
Photograph depicting groups of men bending over individual buckets, apparently washing something. In the centre of the photograph there is a group of uniformed and armed men in a small cluster who appear to be talking. To the left of them is a lone figure bending of a bucket, in the direction of the camera. To the extreme right of the photograph in the foreground there are tables set up and set a little further back from the tables is a tent.
