Souvenir edition of 'The Star' newspaper published to celebrate the visit of HRH the Duke of Gloucester to Australia in 1934.
The special edition, titled 'Royal Centenary Visit: The Story in Pictures', features 40 pages of images covering the Royal visit including: the opening ceremony of Victoria's centenary celebrations on 18 October 1934, the dedication of Victoria's Shrine of Remembrance on 11 November 1934, and the presentation of the cup to CWA Scott and T Campbell Black, winners of the Centenary Air Race. There are also images from his visits to Bendigo, New South Wales and Canberra.
