Summary
This handbag is made by folding a flat circular pandanus mat in half and stitching the sides together. The plaited pandanus handles are attached on each side across the centre if the bag. The handles were made with a single plait each known as danjbik kunyarl berldukkang, which translates to "three strand arms tied up".

Physical Description
A coiled semi-circular bag made of pandanus. Alternate bands of dyed pandanus alternate between yellow and purple from the bottom and the last two comprise an undyed pandanus band followed by a purple one. The bag was made by folding a mat in half and stiching the sides together. The two plaited pandanus handles are attached on opposite sides across the centre of the bag.
Significance
The single plaited handle used in this pandanus bag is typical of the type made by Joscelyn Maralngura as well as Eileen Nabegeyo and Heather Nawirridj, all fibre artists at Gunbalanya.
