Norm Ducksbury was appointed Chief Chemist in the Laboratory at Abbotsford in 1958, and was later Manager of Chemistry Research at Coburg from 1960. Norm moved into a role as Manager, Environment, Southeast Asia, Engineering Department in 1978 and retired from Kodak in 1983.
This photograph is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.
