Summary
The necklace is made of sections of grass stem and is a very old form. These are worn by men and women. Seasonal access can be difficult to the floodplains where the grass grows and it is most likely Leptoehloa fasca. The ties attached to this necklace are made from strips of dyed cotton cloth.
