Scrapbook that was compiled by Kodak Australasia Pty Ltd. It contains approximately 36 archival items produced between 1963 - 1973.

The contents include promotional leaflets for Kodak products. The products and subjects include: Kodak Crystallex X-ray film; Kodak Industrial X-ray Films; Kodak Inustrex instant paper products; Kodak Ready-Pack X-ray Film; and, Kodak X-Omat Model M4-A. The slogans include: 'Constant quality control of electrical components through Radiography'; 'Positive, economical non-destructive testing by Industrial Radiography leaves nothing to chance'; 'Weld radiography a safeguard, an insurance'; 'Radiography - another branch of photography'; 'Soundness radiography'; 'Don't risk it, radiograph it'; 'Don't machine it - until you Radiograph it'.

This scrapbook is part of the Kodak collection of products, promotional materials, photographs and working life artefacts collected from Kodak Australasia in 2005, when the Melbourne manufacturing plant at Coburg closed down.

Physical Description

Large hardcover rectangular scrapbook with 96 green paper pages, bound with white canvas, containing press advertisements. Clippings adhesive taped to pages. The promotional materials range in size from 240 mm x 130 mm to 380 mm x 250 mm.
