The cards were issued in a set of 33, priced at 1s for the set and half pence for a single card. The cards are numbered sequentially from 1 to 33. Each card features a single topic. The recipes on the cards vary from meat roasting and boiling to vegetables, pies and cakes, and include general information as well as the recipe.

Physical Description

Cream cards printed in black ink, with number in top right corner. The set is tied together with a piece of brown string, looped through a hole in the top left corner of each card.
