One of 13 black and white photographs that relate to the 24th Battalion of the Australian Imperial Force (AIF), during World War I. Part of a larger collection that was donated by the Returned Servicemen's League of Australia Limited (RSL).
Description of Content
Soldiers in uniform on left, being inspected by senior military officers. The soldiers hold rifles with bayonets attached, and are wearing long coats and slouch hats. The officers are also warmly attired, with long leather boots and gloves.
