Summary

Road safety board game aimed as "an Educational game for all road users", distributed by the National Safety Council of Australia, Victorian Division, Road Safety Department. The aim of the game is to travel from school to home by tossing a die and moving sequentially along squares on a board. The first person to arrive home wins. Penalty squares are shaded red and bonus squares are shaded green.

The behaviours identified as unsafe include not using the School Crossing, not looking both ways before crossing, throwing stones, riding a bicycle with no hands, 'jay walking and making traffic scream to a halt', chasing a ball on to the road, playing marbles in the gutter, 'whipping behind a Lorry on your bicycle', climbing on railway gates, jumping off a tram before it stops, crossing the road in front of the School Bus, double dinking on your bicycle, not having good brakes on your bicycle, running out between parked cars, not having a bell on your bicycle, and not riding your bicycle in single file.

The AMOCO advertisement on the reverse side of the game is targeted to women drivers, showing female customer service representative (Jane Cameron) encouraging contact for a reminder for vehicle service or any motoring problems.
